All shipments to countries outside of European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice that declares the value of the individual items in Euros.

We are not responsible for any additional import duties and taxes (including VAT) that may incur once the shipment is delivered to your country. 

Shipment Dates

Orders are shipped from Marsikoh.com from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00 - 17:00 through Bartolini (DPD Group) and DHL couriers.

Shipment dates will exclude public holidays in Italy (January 1 and 6, Easter Sunday and Monday, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1 and December 8, 25 and 26). Items will then be shipped on the first day of the following week (Monday-Friday) of the order date. 

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday morning. Please note that shipments during high-traffic periods including sales, promotions, events or national holidays, may take longer. 

Estimated Delivery Times

The delivery time is estimated from the time the order is shipped, not from the time it is placed.

Marsikoh.com is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or to causes of force majeure beyond the control of Marsikoh.com.

In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or Marsikoh.com.

Order Tracking Information

When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your order’s tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you need to change the shipping or delivery information after ordering, please contact us at the address info@marsikoh.com as soon as possible.

Shipping information, including delivery address cannot be changed if the order has already been shipped.

Orders cannot be shipped to mailboxes.
